3. Q: What is your MOQ?
     A: For the case, the MOQ is 3000pcs each model. For the display trays, the MOQ is 300pcs each model.

4. Q: Can you customized the logo, material and color? How many colors and logos can we have?
     A: If up to our MOQ, it is possible to customize the logo after we get your logo file in AI or PDF format. We also have many material
         patterns and colors for your choice. Normally, 1 logo for 3000pcs (case) and 300pcs (display trays), and the material colors could
         be 1-2.

5. Q: What logo options do you have?
     A: We can do the logo with embossing, hot-stamping and printing. If you want to add more accessories, we can also add the metal
         tag, label or metal letter.

6. Q: Can we customize our own size?
     A: For the case, you can use our existing sizes as we have many models. If adjusting the new size according to your design, we
         have to open a new mould, and will have a mould charge.
         For the display trays, yes, it is possible to customize your own size.

7. Q: What is the lead time?
    A: It is around 45-60 days after receiving 30% deposit.

8. Q: What is the delivery term?
    A: Normally it is FCA Guangzhou, which means we can help to deliver your goods to your forwarder’s warehouse in Guangzhou,
         and offer the customs clearance documents.

9. Q: What is the payment term?
    A: It is T/T. 30% for the deposit, and 70% balance before delivery.

10. Q: How do you ship?
      A: Normally our clients offer their forwarder to us, and ask them to arrange the shipment, then we arrange to send the goods to
           the warehouse.
